It is a great hotel in Valparaiso with beautiful views. Great breakfast and the staff are lovely.
The only downside is the location beefing a good 15minute walk uphill from the old town where all the restaurants are. Taxis only cost 1500 Chillian dollars but can be hard to find.

Amazing views of the port, friendly and helpful staff who offered complimentary champagne during my hot tub session, and lovely breakfast each morning. The room was clean, and the amenities were great.
Nothing it was perfect.

It's location overlooking Valparaiso is stunning
Ground floor rooms are not well insulated so you here the upstairs reception and people walking across the wooden floors - opt therefore for an upstairs room

Nice and helpful staff. Ok view. Recently refurnished.
Nothing that we did not like. But the hotel does not have the style and comfort that one would expect from a five star hotel. Small rooms.

We had a wonderful stay in this luxurious hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning view from our balcony. We especially loved the hot tub under the stars, where we sipped on delicious pisco sours after a long day exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy any craving.
This place is highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel had a great view and was located near the heart of the city, making it easy to explore. The staff was friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist in any way they could. the breakfast was delicious and abundant, providing a great start to the day.
The lack of air conditioning in the room made for uncomfortable nights, especially during the summer heat. , the location of the hotel was not ideal for walking around at night, as there were limited dining options nearby and safety concerns were an issue.

Great Terrace and Breakfast
I recently stayed at a hotel in Valparaiso for a business trip, and there were a few things I really liked about my stay. First off, the terrace was amazing. It had a great view and it was perfect for enjoying the sunset. Also, the breakfast was really good. They had lots of options to choose from and the food was fresh.
There were a few negative aspects as well. The floors in the hotel were really noisy, so it was hard to sleep at night. Also, the hotel lacked amenities such as a fitness center, pool, or even a minibar in the rooms. I would say it was an average stay with some good and bad points.

The hotel had great views of the bay, but unfortunately it was located about 20 minutes away from any tourist hotspots. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but the hot water was lacking. Breakfast was spartan, but the restaurant had good food.
The hotel staff was not always helpful and some did not speak English, causing issues with communication.
